Evel XXI Centenário
In order to celebrate the brand’s 100th anniversary, we have selected a specific blend from our best parcels of Old Vines, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, from the historic and noble vineyards of Quinta das Carvalhas and Quinta do Síbio, to produce a limited amount of 3.200 numbered bottles.
This Evel XXI was also the starting point for a new era for the Evel brand, with its 21st Century designation.

This is a memorable wine, which has invoqued all the knowledge and dedication of our wine-maker in selecting these specific vines for its elegance, nobility and uniqueness. It will offer much satisfaction while young, nevertheless; it will certainly reward patient cellaring.
TASTING NOTES
For the Centenário (Centennial), we have produced a beautiful Douro Red that impresses for its intense and deep colour revealing youth and structure. A highly aromatic wine, with suggestions of generous, ripe fruit and herbal notes creating immense complexity and on the palate it reveals itself dense, full bodied with round tannins and fruitful flavors.
