data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Since 1860, Quinta dos Aciprestes has been a successful conglomerate of three neighbouring quintas. The original quinta, named Cyprestes, was founded during the 18th century by D. Jos\u00e9 de Seabra, one of D. Maria I, Queen of Portugal\u2019s ministers, and later passed onto his sucessor the Viscounts of Ba\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d13ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5d13ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Today, Quinta dos Aciprestes extends for over 2 kilometres on the left bank of the Douro river, facing the tributary Tua river. The quality and singularity of there red wines produced here for more than two centuries, is immedietly associated with the traditional style of Douro reds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cee3966 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cee3966\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The estate is portrayed for it magnificent landscape, bordering the Douro river in an extension of 2,2 kilometres, and presents its vineyards beautifully surfacing the slopes, in the heart of the demarcated region of the Douro Valley appellation. The quinta is located in the area of Soutelo do Douro, facing the mouth of the Tua river (tributary to the Douro), and in a place of transition between the two sub-regions Cima Corgo and Douro Superior.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a29d9b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a29d9b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quinta dos Aciprestes is a typically characteristic property for the region and a clear example of mountain viticulture. 2.426\u00baC<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n    <p>Quinta dos Aciprestes\u2019 climate is sensitive to a high aridity index due to high temperatures during the summer period: rapid thermal concentration of a mega thermal type and high water deficit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <br>\r\n    <p>Such climatic characteristics are particularly favorable for the cultivation of red grape varieties used in Port wine production and exceptionally favorable for the production of Douro DOC re-planting the vines of Quinta dos Aciprestes, with the purpose to focus not only on the production of top quality Ports, but of DOC Douro\u2019s as well.
