The Reserva from Quinta dos Aciprestes was born in 2003 with the ambition to summon the very best that the estate can offer through a better understanding of our vineyards. By implementing a form of precision viticulture, we are able to discover a better representation of our terroir, resulting in wines of superior quality.

Touriga Nacional & Touriga Franca
Winemaking

Quinta dos Aciprestes Reserva is produced mostly from Touriga Nacional, blended with Touriga Franca on a smaller scale, supplied from the 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th parcels of the quinta. Fermentation occurs in small stainless-steel vats, followed by an ageing period of 12 months in french oak barriques.

TASTING NOTES

The wine reveals an astonishing violet colour and very complex aromas of plums, red and black fruit perfectly integrated with nuances of vanilla and floral notes. On the palate, it shows its huge dimension of red and black berry flavours, which combine splendidly with its round tannins, offering an everlasting and pleasant finish.
