The Síbio Rosé originates from the Alijó plateau, a terroir known for its mild climate and richer soils. Here, Touriga Nacional benefits from later ripening to preserve its freshness, acidity and aromatic character.
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by its fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature. The wine is kept in stainless steel for a period of 6 months before bottling.
A Rosé, of great aromatic expression, showing delicate notes of strawberry and red berries, combined with floral nuances. Very fruitful on the palate, yet quite complex and rich, and with great acidity which contributes to its long, lingering finish.
