The Real Companhia Velha Malvasia Port expresses the splenderous character of White Port.
Fermentation and fortification occurs in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve it’s freshness, yet, in contact with skins for flavour extraction. Ageing occurs in old oak vats for a period of 3 years.
A very fresh and aromatic white Port, which after 3 years of ageing in old oak vats, reveals itself mature and sweet, with a golden colour. Characterized for its fruity, balanced notes, it is generous and harmonious on the palate.
