Viosinho, Fernão Pires & Rabigato

BLEND

In this white, we show the aromatic side to the grape Fernão Pires, which at the Alijó plateau, shows its true colours. We blend it with Viosinho and Rabigato for aromatic complexity and acidity, accordingly. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in the same vessels for a period of 6 months.

TASTING NOTES

A very fresh wine, of citric colour, that impresses at first for it’s young, fruitfull aroma, showing floral and white fruit notes with greenish nuances. On the palate, reveals a good volume, yet elegant and very fruity, with excellent acidity, creating perfect balance and a long lasting finish.
